BGL Smart Sign

We are now using BGL Smart Sign as a much more efficient and effective way of sending out your Super documents, and allowing you to digitally sign them and return them without having to print it off!

Check out the step by step instructions on how you go about setting up your profile and signing the doc’s that come through to you!

STEP 1 – REGISTRATION

You will be notified via email that the document is ready for signing. A link will be provided in the email which will direct you to the Documents screen.

Next to the document awaiting signature, you will select the pencil icon

You will then be taken to the registration page.

To register your mobile phone number for digital signing, you will need to input your TFN and mobile phone number and select Verify Now.

An authentication code will be sent via SMS and you will need to enter it on-screen to complete the verification.

To double check that you are who you say you are, a message will be sent to your mobile number with an authentication code.

This needs to be entered to complete your registration.

And just like that, you’re registered! Yay! And you can now digitally sign for all documents going forward.

When you next need to sign documents for your super fund you will be notified via email that the document is ready for signing.

A link will be provided in the email which will direct you to the Documents screen.

STEP 2 – SIGNING
